(6)(d) of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
Borrell presented. The Applicant, Jon Bell, answered questions from the board. Kevin
Neldner, 684 207th Avenue; kitty-corner to the south from this property, no issues with
this use, just concerned about environmental issues. Chairman Malick addressed
conditions presented. Especially related to removal of vegetation. Recess for site visit.
Hearing opened at 8:32 am. Hearing closed at 10:31 am.
