Citizen Present APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Board of Adjustment Special Meeting September 20, 2018 9:00 AM RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT* none BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Variance to the 50 foot setback requirement from a wetland pursuant to section 17.30 G.2.a.2) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance MOTION: To direct Corporation Counsel to draft Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding the floodplain variance. Mover Sontag, Second Miller. RESULT: HELD IN COMMITTEE 2. Variance to the 200 foot setback requirement from the ordinary high water mark pursuant to Section 17.36 G.5.c.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance St. Croix County Corporation Counsel Scott Cox questioned Mr. Miller regarding his attendance at the 2016 Pubic Hearings on this matter and the subsequent meetings on this application as well as the site visits with the Board. Mr. Miller confirmed his attendance and ability to review all materials of this application to make a decision. Further clarification at next meeting. MOTION: To direct Corporation Counsel to draft Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding the floodplain variance. Motion Miller, Second Sontag RESULT: HELD IN COMMITTEE 3. 6633 : Variance to the requirement that fill for the house extend at least 15' beyond the limits of the structure MOTION: To approve the variance as presented. RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\] MOVER: Joe Miller, Alt. Citizen SECONDER: David Niccum, Citizen AYES: David Peterson, David Niccum, James Nelson, Edward Sontag, Joe Miller 4.
