meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the
purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County
Board Meetings.

3. Conditional Use Permit Request to fill and grade 10,000 sq. ft. or more outside of
the slope preservation zone- Town of St. Joseph - Dupre IV
4. Conditional Use Request - Construct a stairway in the riverway district - Town of
Troy - Wernlund
5. Conditional Use Request- Filling and grading more than 10.000 sq. ft. outside of
a slope preservation zone -Town of Troy - Wernlund
