After staff completed their reports, the team for the applicant presented.

1. Conditional Use Request - Moll - Town of Pleasant Valley - Manure Processing
Facility
Sarah Borrell, Land Use Specialist, gave the report and answered questions from the
Board. Tim Stieber, Resource Management Administrator, presented a document
regarding the use and volume of the byproducts of this facility and how to implement a
Nutrient Management Plan. Steve Olson, Land Use Specialist, spoke regarding an email
from DATCP- Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection, that he has
received.
MOTION: To table this matter until the call of the Chairman to allow staff to
create a revised staff report.
