1. Conditional Use Amendment Request - Egan - Town of Richmond
Sarah Borrell, Land Use Specialist, presented the staff report. Exhibit 3 was given to the
Board. Applicant Jeffrey Egan is present in audience. Kevin Grabau, County Zoning
Administrator, spoke regarding a one-year time frame for the temporary hours. The
Board discussed an end date to comply with the Town's request of September 30, 2019.
MOTION: To accept and approve as provided in the staff report with the
amendment to September 30th date.
RESULT: ADOPTED AS AMENDED [UNANIMOUS]
