PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Conditional Use Request - Moncur - Town of Glenwood - Request to open a small
engine repair shop
Chairman Malick explained the process the Board will follow in today's proceedings.
Dave Prisel, known applicant for six years, spoke to how this will applicant will help to
clean this site up and maintain it. Mark Moncur spoke to tires being cleaned up at this
time that were dumped there without his permission.
Hearing Opened at 8:34 AM - Hearing closed at 10:44 AM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Request - Moncur - Town of Glenwood - Request to open a small
engine repair shop
Nicole Hays, Land Use Technician, presented the staff report and findings of the
Community Development Department. Applicant has agreed to change hours from
requested 7am-7pm to those in the ordinance of 8am-7pm. The Town of Glenwood
submitted comments after publication of the agenda so those were handed out at the
meeting as exhibit 4.
MOTION: To approve the conditional use permit request for a major home
occupation for Mark Moncur in the Town of Glenwood as presented by the staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 8:30 AM and if a second day is needed, Friday, April 26, 2019 at 9:00
AM. Notice the manure digester for 25th and 26th. Notify building staff that may be later than
430 on Thursday. Notice the other hearings for Friday the 26th. Continuation if necessary on
Friday for manure digester.
