Shelby Emerson, Land Use Technician II, gave the staff report.
MOTION to: Approve this request for a conditional use permit for a major home
occupation for Charlie Beer in the Town of St. Joseph as presented by the
county staff
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. CUP White Pine Berry Farm - Agri Tourism request and CUP addendum
Grabau presented the staff report for two conditional use permit requests.
MOTION to: Approve the Conditional Use Permit Request for Agricultural
Entertainment Activities which exceed fifteen (15) days in the aggregate
annually
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Motion To: Approve the Conditional Use Permit Request for White Pine Berry
Farm for the sale of agricultural and dairy products not produced on the premises
and incidental sale of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, per 17.145 C. 1. of the
St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
