PUBLIC HEARINGS
Conditional Use Request - Patnode- Town of Troy
Sarah Borrell, Land Use Specialist, presented the staff report and additional documents
to the Board. Renee Patnode spoke in favor of this request. Jan Cucia spoke regarding
her perspective on this request.

BUSINESS ITEMS

Sarah Borrell, Land Use Specialist, presented the staff report and additional documents
to the Board. A site visit was taken by the Board.
MOTION: To approve both conditional use permit requests as presented by the staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Joe Miller, Alt. Citizen

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Director Denzer offered the opportunity for all members of the Board to attend the Zoning
Board of Adjustment Workshop offered through UW Steven's Point Center for Land Use
Education on March 25th in Chippewa Falls.
Ed Sontag resigned from the Board of Adjustment.
