3. CUP-2020-006 Trinity Lutheran - Drive in Theater - Town of St. Joseph
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, gave the staff report. Exhibits 5A and 5B were
distributed to the board. Correction to the staff report that the southern driveway is where
stacking and entrance to ticketing booth will be located not the northern driveway as stated.
Break - 1030-1044
MOTION to adopt the staff recommendations and issue Conditional Use Permit for
a Drive-In Theater in the Town of St. Joseph as presented by staff.
MOTION to reconsider next month (August 27, 2020) to include additional
information requested by board and staff - Motion by Malick, second-Miller-
unanimous
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
