Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and answered
questions from the board.
MOTION: To table this matter until the applicant has presented a revised
proposal to the staff and can be presented to the Board of Adjustment.

2. Proposed Board of Agenda Policies/Guidelines regarding Submittal Materials
Current Rules Governing the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment were handed out to
all staff and Board Members. Ellen Denzer handed out a one-page document to staff and
board members of items to consider for rules, bylaws, and policies. Scott Cox,
Corporation Counsel, joined the meeting.
MOTION to accept the guidelines drafted at this meeting.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
