3. Conditional Use Request - Town of St. Joseph - Buerkley - To remove the existing
home and construct a new home in shoreland

Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report including revisions to
findings of fact and staff recommendations.
MOTION: To approve the Conditional Use Request with modifications discussed
for Block/Trinity Lutheran Church for the drive-in theater in the Town of St.
Joseph.
RESULT: APPROVED [3 TO 1]

approve the Conditional Use Request in the Town of St. Joseph for Clouthier in
accordance with the staff recommendations.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

approve the conditional use request for Buerkley in the Town of St. Joseph for
filling and grading as recommended by staff.

replace the existing lift on the St. Croix River as presented by the staff.
