1. Conditional Use Request - Town of Troy - Lee - retaining wall renovation along
driveway
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report. Sarah Borrell, Land
Use Specialist was also present.
MOTION: To approve the request from Tom Lee for a Conditional Use Permit
for a retaining wall renovation along the driveway.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

EXCUSED: Tom Spaniol, Steve Schalla
2. Variance - Town of Troy - Lee - patio installation adjacent to house
MOTION to approve the request for a variance for Tom Lee to take out the existing
deck and install a paver patio adjacent to the house.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Variance - Town of Troy - Lee - remove steps and reconstruct upper deck
MOTION to approve the variance request from Tom Lee to reconstruct the
upper deck and remove the steps of that deck.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
