A. 7), and a Variance to elevate the lowest floor to 2 feet or more above the regional flood elevation by means other than fill pursuant to Section 17.40 G.3. b. 1),; and a Variance request to reconstruct/reconfigure a nonconforming accessory structures (deck) pursuant to Section 17.36 I. 3. b., of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report. Applicant, Mr. Tilton spoke. Jon Sonnentag, Agent for the applicant, spoke regarding the variances and conditional use request. Hearing opened at 10:34 AM; Break from 12:00 - 12:32PM; Hearing closed at 1:41 PM SITE VISITS BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Tilton - Town of Troy - Variance to elevate the lowest floor to 2 feet or more above the regional flood elevation by means other than fill pursuant to Section 17.40 G.3. b. 1), of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator presented the staff report. MOTION to approve VAR-2021-001, option 1 minimal fill based upon our discussions and changes to condition #6. Condition #6 on VAR-2021-001 to read: "The applicant shall have two (2) years from the issuance of these approvals to commence reconstruction/elevation of the home and two (2) years to complete the project. Failure to do so may result in expiration or revocation of this decision, after which time the applicant will be required to secure a new variance." Tilton - Town of Troy - Variance request to reconstruct/reconfigure a nonconforming accessory structures (deck) pursuant to Section 17.36 I. 3. b., of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator presented the findings. Strike language about garage in conditions in VAR-2021-002. MOTION to approve VAR-2021-002 South Deck of 1968 Addition Reconstruction/Expansion. Tilton - Town of Troy - A Conditional Use Permit to allow filling and grading 10,000 square feet or more outside of the slope preservations zone pursuant to Section 17.36 F. 3. A. 7), of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Changed condition #4 to strike the word carport and unstrike the paren and #9 to read "The applicant shall have two (2) years from the issuance of these approvals to commence filling/grading to establish dry land access and two (2) years to complete the project from commencement. Failure to do so may result in expiration or revocation of this decision, after which time the applicant will be required to secure a new conditional use permit." MOTION to approve as amended.
