1. Conditional Use Request - Mathy Construction - Non-metallic Mining Renewal -
Town of Stanton
Hearing opened at 10:35 AM; Hearing closed at 10:48 AM.
Candy Anderson, Milestone Materials representative and Katelyn Filkins are present
to answer questions from the Board and staff. Chairman Malick asked about financial
assurance. Kevin Grabau, Land Use Specialist, spoke about our work with the WDNR
on the reclamation dollars. Milestone will increase the bond to accommodate the
22.3 acres and increase in pricing. Ms. Anderson spoke of her role and introducing
Katelyn Filkins and confirms no changes to mining are proposed at this location.

1. Conditional Use Request - Mathy Construction - Non-metallic Mining Renewal -
Town of Stanton
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
Board. Applicant confirmed accuracy of the staff report.
MOTION to adopt the recommendations presented by the staff to approve the
conditional use application for Mathy Construction renewal of Non-Metallic
mining in the Town of Stanton.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
