A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this
meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the
purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County
Board Meetings.

outside of the slope preservations zone pursuant to Section 17.36 F. 3. A. 7), and
a Variance to elevate the lowest floor to 2 feet or more above the regional flood
elevation by means other than fill pursuant to Section 17.40 G.3. b. 1),; and a
Variance request to reconstruct/reconfigure a nonconforming accessory
structures (deck) pursuant to Section 17.36 I. 3. b., of the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance
