Hearing closed at 10:54 AM. 2.Michael and Melissa Givens Request for Conditional Use Permit to construct a Lift in the Riverway Overlay District -Town of St. Joseph Hearing opened at 10:56 AM. Hearing closed at 11:18 AM SITE VISITS BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Mike Thomas request for Conditional Use Permit for a Contractor Storage Yard - Town of Somerset Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report. MOTION: to approve the conditional use permit as recommended by staff.
