1.Murtha Sanitation request for CUP -Town of Eau Galle -Construction of new transfer
building
Joe Miller, recused from hearing, he is a supervisor with the Town of Hammond and they
have a contract with Murtha Sanitation.
Hearing opened at 10:34 AM -closed at 12:33 PM

1. Murtha Sanitation -CUP request for a waste transfer facility - Town of Eau Galle
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and recommendations.
MOTION: To approve the conditional use request for a waste transfer facility in
the Town of Eau Galle with the conditions as amended during the meeting and
per the staff report.
RESULT: APPROVED \[3 TO 0\]
MOVER: David Niccum, Citizen
SECONDER: David Peterson, County Board
