1.St. Croix Valley Solar LLC request for Conditional Use Permit for 99-megawatt
photovoltaic solar facility -Towns of Warren and Richmond
Mike Wozniak, St. Croix County Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report.
Lunch break 12:30 PM - 1:35 PM. Adjourned at 2:37 PM on 12/2/2021 until 12/3/2021 at
10:30 AM. Called to order by Chairman Malick at 10:30 AM on 12/3/2021.
Community Development Director Ellen Denzer presented the findings and conditions of
the Conditional Use Permit. The Applicant and Community Development Staff along with
the Board and Corporation Counsel clarified the findings and conditions and the
developer's agreement. Exhibit 4 as noted in the staff report was received after the
publication of the agenda and became exhibit 5 at the meeting. Recess 11:18 AM - 11:46
AM.
MOTION: To approve the Conditional Use Permit Request for St. Croix Valley Solar,
LLC, for a 99-megawatt photovoltaic solar facility in the Towns of Warren and
Richmond with addendum, Exhibits 5, 6, and 7, the Developer's Agreement, and
conditions as amended.
RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\]
