PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Request for Conditional Use Permit for public roadway reconstruction in the
Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.8) of the
St Croix Riverway Ordinance
2. Variance to alter the requirement to elevate the lowest floor to 2 feet or more
above the regional flood elevation by reducing the requirement to extend fill a
minimum of 15 feet at the regulatory flood elevation on two sides of the
principal structure (dwelling) pursuant to Section 18.415 B.2., of the St. Croix
County Floodplain Regulations (Chapter 18) for Hanson in the Town of Star
Prairie.
