Vasquez for a duplex in the Town of Springfield.

Springfield
OLD BUSINESS
1. Request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an attached two-family
dwelling in an R-1 Residential zoning district pursuant to Section 15.285 of the St
Croix County Zoning Ordinance
NEW BUSINESS
1. Closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel
concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board of Adjustment with respect to
litigation in which it is involved.
2. Reconvene in open session and take action on items under discussion in closed
session and/or report action taken in closed session, if any.
