2. Conditional Use Request for Renewal and Expansion of Non Metallic Mining Permit -
Rivard - Town of Somerset
Hearing opened at 10:07 AM. Hearing Closed at 11:16 AM.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Request for a Contractor Storage Yard - Schifsky - Town of Somerset
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the Board.
MOTION to approve as presented. MOTION to amend to include deciduous
plantings and berm.
MOTION: To approve the request as amended for a conditional use permit for a
contractor storage yard for Carson Schifsky, Town of Somerset.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen
SECONDER: David Niccum, Citizen

2. Conditional Use Request for Renewal and Additional Area of Non Metallic Mining
Permit - Rivard - Town of Somerset
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator presented the staff report and recommendations
to the Board.
MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit for renewal and
additional expansion area of non-metallic mining for Rivard in the Town of
Somerset.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Discuss Violations of Apple River Hideaway Conditional Use Permit 2018-004
(formerly special exception permit) and Possible Action to Schedule a Hearing on
Revocation of said Conditional Use Permit
