MOTION to approve as presented the conditional use permit to construct a lift
in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36 F.a.3)
of the St. Croix Riverway District Ordinance.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
