Request for Conditional Use Permit for wired communications facility in the R-2 Residential Zoning District pursuant to Section 15.285.2 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance Hearing opened at 11:01 AM - hearing closed at 11:18 AM SITE VISITS BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Request for Conditional Use Permit to construct a lift in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.3) of the St Croix Riveway District Ordinance. Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the Board. MOTION to approve as presented the conditional use permit to construct a lift in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36 F.a.3) of the St. Croix Riverway District Ordinance.
