APPROVAL OF MINUTES
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Request for Conditional Use Permit for public roadway reconstruction in the Lower
St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.8) of the St Croix
Riverway Ordinance
Hearing opened at 10:33 AM. Hearing closed at 10:53 AM.
2. Variance to alter the requirement to elevate the lowest floor to 2 feet or more above
the regional flood elevation by reducing the requirement to extend fill a minimum of
15 feet at the regulatory flood elevation on two sides of the principal structure
(dwelling) pursuant to Section 18.415 B.2., of the St. Croix County Floodplain
Regulations (Chapter 18) for Hanson in the Town of Star Prairie.
Hearing opened at 10:55 AM. Hearing closed at 11:53 AM.
Richard Hanson, applicant, addressed the tree issues.

Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
Board.
MOTION to approve the request for Conditional Use Permit for public roadway
reconstruction in the Lower St. Croix RIverway Overlay District for the Town of
St. Joseph.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen
SECONDER: David Niccum, Citizen

EXCUSED: Steve Schalla
