PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. For an amendment of an existing Conditional Use Permit for purposes of expanding
and remodeling existing structures and adding an additional pavilion for use in
storing golf carts and providing an indoor ice rink in the winter, Table 15.285.2 and
Section 15.550 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
Joe Miller recused himself from this hearing. Hearing opened at 11:45 AM. Hearing
closed at 12:16 PM.
2. Conditional Use Permit for filling and grading 10,000 square feet or more outside of
the slope preservation zone in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant
to Section 17.36.F.3.a.6.
