Setback variance request to reduce the bluffline setback for a screen porch addition to an existing dwelling pursuant to Section 17.36.G.5., of the St. Croix County Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Ordinance – Tierney – Town of St. Joseph Hearing opened at 10:34 AM. Hearing closed at 11:25 AM. 2. Setback Variance to reduce the structure setback on the lot from 50 feet to 47 feet along the Town road of 60th St., pursuant to Section 15.231. of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance - Joppru - Town of Somersett Hearing opened at 11:29 AM. Hearing closed at 12:31PM. 3. Setback variance Request to reduce the bluffline setback to replace a detached garage pursuant to Section 17.36.G.5., of the St. Croix County Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Ordinance - Lockwood - Town of Troy Hearing opened at 12:45 PM. MOTION: to deny this request for a variance to reduce the bluffline setback for a screen porch addition to an existing dwelling pursuant to Section 17.36 G.5. of the St. Croix County Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Ordinance, Town of St. Joseph, for Tierney. RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: David Peterson, Joe Miller AYES: David Peterson, Greg Tellijohn, Buck Malick, David Niccum, Joe Miller EXCUSED: Steve Schalla 2. Setback Variance to reduce the structure setback on the lot from 50 feet to 47 feet along the Town road of 60th St., pursuant to Section 15.231. of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance – Joppru – Town of Somerset Mike Wozniak, St. Croix County Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the board. MOTION to approve the variance to reduce the structure setback on the lot owned by Conrad Joppru from 50 feet to 47 feet along the Town Road of 60th St. pursuant to Section 15.231 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance without the planting of additional trees between the building and the road. MOTION to deny the setback variance request to reduce the bluffline setback to replace a detached garage pursuant to Section 17.36.G.5., of the St. Croix County Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Ordinance for Lockwood in the Town of Troy. Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru petting zoo and animal park - Simmons - Town of Baldwin Mike Wozniak, St. Croix County Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the board. Niccum recused himself due to being on the Town Board Plan Commission and having already issued a decision. Applicant provided a handout to add to the minutes. MOTION to approve a conditional use permit for a drive-thru petting zoon and animal park in the Town of Baldwin for Simmons pursuant to Sections 15.285 and 15.315 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance, strike from 250th street off of condition and review after 1 year of operation.
