Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and recommendations
to the board.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit request for Mathy Construction
in the Town of Springfield for a Temporary Concrete Batch Plant.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen
SECONDER: David Niccum, Citizen

2. Conditional Use Permit - CUP 2022-024 Haas Construction - Town of Cady Crushing
and Recycling Site
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
Board. Staff report amended to include lot 2 instead of lot 3.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit request for Haas Sons
Construction in the Town of Cady for a concrete crushing and recycling site.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
