Continuation of October 27, 2022, Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for Tumax-Vasquez for a duplex in the Town of Springfield.

OLD BUSINESS
1. Request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an attached two-family dwelling in an R-1 Residential zoning district pursuant to Section 15.285 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, clarified the new information in today's presentation to answer questions of the Board during the October 27 meeting.
MOTION to approve as amended, the conditional use permit to construct an attached two-family dwelling in an R-1 Residential zoning district.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

1. Closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board of Adjustment with respect to litigation in which
it is involved.
MOTION to enter into closed session to confer with legal counsel.
