PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.A Conditional Use Permit renewal for a non-metallic mining operation, pursuant to
Section 15.370 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
Miller recused from hearing. Hearing opened at 11:18 AM -Hearing closed at 11:41 AM.
2.Conditional Use Permit for Land Division in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay
District pursuant to Section 17.36.H.10.a Town of St. Joseph -Anderson Trust
Hearing opened at 10:36 AM. Hearing closed at 11:15 AM

1. Renewal of Nonmetallic Mining Permit - Town of Warren - Nechville
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
Board.
MOTION: to approve the Renewal of a Nonmetallic Mining Permit in the Town of
Warren for Nechville as presented
RESULT: APPROVED \[4 TO 0\]
MOVER: David Peterson, County Board
SECONDER: David Niccum, Citizen
AYES: Buck Malick, David Peterson, David Niccum, Tom Spaniol
EXCUSED: Steve Schalla
RECUSED: Joe Miller
2. CUP 2022-004 - Anderson Trust, Town of St. Joseph - dividing the existing home and
outbuildings from the remainder of the property
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
Board.
MOTION to approve according to staff recommendation with the addition of
the WDNR had no comment on this request the Conditional Use Permit for
Anderson, Town of St. Joseph for a land division.
RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\]
