1. Request for a conditional use permit for wired communications facility in the R-2
Residential Zoning District pursuant to Section 15.285.2 of the St Croix County
Zoning Ordinance for Erickson in the Town of Cylon
2. Closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel
concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board of Adjustment with respect to
litigation in which it is involved and/or updates related to litigation in which it is
involved, specifically St. Croix County Case No. 22CV388 (Apple River Hideaway)
and 21CV114 (Tilton).
3. Reconvene into open session and take action on items under discussion in
closed session and/or report action taken in closed session, regarding St. Croix
County Case No. 22CV388 (Apple River Hideaway) and 21CV114 (Tilton).
