PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Conditional Use Permit for wired communications facility in the R-2 Residential
Zoning District pursuant to Section 15.285.2 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance
for Erickson in the Town of Cylon
Public hearing opened at 9:08AM. Hearing closed at 9:17 AM.

1. Request for a conditional use permit for wired communications facility in the R-2
Residential Zoning District pursuant to Section 15.285.2 of the St Croix County
Zoning Ordinance for Erickson in the Town of Cylon
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the application.
MOTION to approve the request for a wired communication facility in an R -2
Zoning District in the Town of Cylon.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen
SECONDER: Joe Miller, Vice-Chair
AYES: Buck Malick, Joe Miller, David Peterson
EXCUSED: Greg Tellijohn, David Niccum, Steve Schalla
2. Closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel
concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board of Adjustment with respect to
litigation in which it is involved and/or updates related to litigation in which it is
involved, specifically St. Croix County Case No. 22CV388 (Apple River Hideaway) and
21CV114 (Tilton).
MOTION to enter into closed session to confer with legal counsel.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
