MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit to operate a
major home occupation to process seasonal wild game for Greg & Laurie
Powers in the Town of Somerset.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

for Adkins and Sommerfeld in the Town of St. Joseph.

Storage, LLC for batting cages in the Town of Somerset.

6. CUP-2023-007 Request to build a garage within 40 ft of a Slope Preservation Zone
Town of Troy
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
board.
MOTION to approve the request with noted changes to #7 and #10 of the
conditions - for a conditional use permit for filling and grading within 40 feet
of a slope preservation zone to construct a detached accessory garage for
Lockwood in the Town of Troy.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
