Broadband in the Town of Kinnickinnic

2. CUP-2022-018 Falsenik town of St. Joseph - request for lift
Hearing opened at 9:14 AM. Hearing closed at 9:28 AM.
3. Two variances in the Town of Somerset for Marc Brown to make improvements to a
driveway and to cut into the slope

Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and recommendations
to the board.
MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit for Dairyland
Power to construct a broadband service facility in the Town of Kinnickinnic.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Falesnik Town of St. Joseph - request for lift CUP-2022-018
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and recommendations
to the board.
MOTION to approve the conditional use request for Falesnik to install a lift in
the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District in the Town of St. Joseph.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Variance Brown Town of Somerset - VAR-2023-001
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and recommendations
to the board for consideration.
MOTION to approve the request of Marc Brown in the Town of Somerset to
construct a home and driveway in a slope preservation zone.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Variance request concurrently with Variance one.
MOTION to approve this Variance request for filling and grading in the slope
preservation zone of the Town of Somerset.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
