2. Conditional Use Permit to operate a Contractor’s Storage Yard pursuant to
Section 15.330 of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance for Henderson in the
Town of Somerset.
3. Variance for Rutter Town of St. Joseph to allow expansion of a non-conforming
principal structure, pursuant to Section 17.36.I.2.e.1.i.i), of the Lower St. Croix
Riverway Overlay District.
4. Variance for Rutter Town of St. Joseph to allow expansion of a nonconforming
accessory structure (deck), pursuant to Section 17.36.I.3.b.), of the Lower St. Croix
Riverway Overlay District.
5. Conditional Use Permit for filling and grading activities associated with the
