APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Board of Adjustment – Regular Meeting – June 22, 2023 9:15 AM
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. A Conditional Use Permit to fill and grade less than 10,000 square feet in slope
preservation zones that do not directly face the river and do not drain directly to the
river, pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.4 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
Hearing opened at 9:19 AM. Hearing closed at 9:50 AM.

1. Conditional Use Request - Zappa- Town of Hudson
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the Board.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit and adopt staff
recommendation as our decision for Zappa in the Town of Hudson.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen
SECONDER: Joe Miller, Vice-Chair, Citizen
AYES: Buck Malick, Joe Miller, Greg Tellijohn, David Peterson
EXCUSED: David Niccum, Steve Schalla
2. Revisions to BOA Revocation Section of Bylaws
Corporation Counsel Heather Amos discussed changes made to the document with
the Board.
MOTION to adopt the Rules Governing Board of Adjustment as amended by
Corporation Counsel and Staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
