Conditional Use Permit to construct a lift in the Lower St. Croix River Overlay District per Section 17.36.F.3. of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances for Odegard in the Town of Troy Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report to the Board. MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit to construct a lift for Odegard in the Town of Troy with conditions as presented.
