1. Glenridge request for a CUP to build a duplex in the R-2 zoning district in the Town
of Warren.
Opened public hearing at 9:17 am and closed public hearing at 9:28 am.
2. Roscon request for a CUP to build a duplex in the R-2 zoning district in the Town of
Warren.
Opened public hearing at 9:38 am and closed public hearing at 9:56 am.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Request for CUP to build duplex - Glenridge Properties - Town of Warren
Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented the staff report to the
Board.
MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit to build a duplex in
the Town of Warren for Glenridge Properties.
RESULT: APPROVED [4 TO 0]
MOVER: David Niccum, Citizen
SECONDER: Greg Tellijohn, Supervisor
AYES: Joe Miller, Greg Tellijohn, David Niccum, David Peterson
EXCUSED: Buck Malick
AWAY: Steve Schalla
2. Request for CUP to build duplex - Roscon - Town of Warren
Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented the application and staff
report to the Board.
MOTION to approve the request from Roscon Properties for a conditional use
permit to build a duplex in the Town of Warren.
RESULT: APPROVED [4 TO 0]
