Glenridge Properties, LLC requests a conditional use permit to construct two-family residences in an R-2 Residential zoning district Hearing opened at 9:15am. Hearing closed at 9:28am. 2. TW Equities, LLC. requests a conditional use permit to allow filling and grading within 40 feet of a slope preservation zone and filling/grading 10,000 sq. ft or more outside of the slope preservation zone within the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Hearing opened at 9:38am. Hearing closed at 10:31am. 3. TW Equities, LLC. requests a conditional use permit to allow filling and grading within 40 feet of a slope preservation zone and filling/grading 10,000 sq. ft or more outside of the slope preservation zone within the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District Hearing opened at 10:34am. Hearing closed at 10:50am. BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Glenridge Properties, LLC - Town of Warren - Conditional Use for two-family residence Jason Kjeseth, CDD Director, went through the application, staff report, and exhibits with the Board. No public comments were received. Motion: Peterson/Miller to approve the conditional use permit application with conditions in the decision document. RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: David Peterson, Citizen SECONDER: Joe Miller, Vice-Chair AYES: Buck Malick, Joe Miller, Greg Tellijohn, David Niccum, David Peterson ABSENT: Steve Schalla 2. Hearing was closed at 12:11pm. Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented additional information, revised staff report, and exhibits in the file. Comments from the applicant and Helgeson's were provided. Motion: Tellijohn/Peterson to approve conditional use permit on conditions in the decision document.
