- Town of Cady- CUP-2024-010
Called back to order at 10:01 after a short break. Hearing opened at 10:01 AM. Hearing
held open to next meeting.
3. Request for Variance to Floodplain dryland access standards to construct a driveway
crossing through a floodplain - Kusz - Town of Eau Galle - VAR-2024-001
This item has been withdrawn.
4. Conditional Use Permit Request to authorize construction and operation of a
campground use in an R-2 Residential Zoning District- Somerset Camp- Town of
Somerset CUP-2021-011

Board of Adjustment will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month at 8:30 AM.

Community Development Director, Jason Kjeseth, presented the request to the Board.
MOTION to approve the Conditional Use Permit as presented by staff with
amended conditions.

of Somerset.
