Committee of the Whole Work Session April 27, 2021 4:00 PM RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT None BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Strategic Planning Session - Issues Identification Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service (WIPPS) Project Manager Yengyee Lor and Executive Director Eric Giordano reviewed the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) from previous meetings with the County Board, Department Heads, and Citizen Panel. Lor also reviewed comments from the citizen survey. Board members divided into groups to discuss themes found by the results of the previous meetings. Review of next steps include working with select group on vision and mission statements; work with a selected group on aligning with the Comprehensive Plan and a joint meeting with department heads on June 22, 2021 to finalize vision and mission and goals and objectives.
