The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public
hearing on July 23, 2013 at 6:15 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center,
County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the
following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: Scott Knudson
AGENT: Somerset Amphitheater – Matt Mithun
LOCATION: Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, T31N, R19W, Town of
Somerset
ADDRESS: 1814 County Road I, Somerset, WI
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 3.0 acres from Agriculture Residential to
Commercial pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance.
