The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public
hearing on September 19, 2013 at 5:15 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government
Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider
the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: Richard & Brenda Cronk
AGENT: Carl Hetfeld, Polk County Land Surveying Co.
LOCATION: Part of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 5, T29N, R16W, Town of
Baldwin
ADDRESS: 1186 230th St, Baldwin, WI
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 14.0 acres from Agriculture to Ag-
Residential; and approximately 32.55 acres from Agriculture to
Agricultural District Two, pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance.
