The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public
hearing on March 27, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, at the St. Croix County
Government Center, Room 1281, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider
the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: Kidz Plaza III, LLC
AGENT: Wes Joachim
LOCATION: Part of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T29N, R17W and Part of the
NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T29N, R17W , Town of Hammond
ADDRESS: 622 & 624 Hwy 63, Baldwin, WI
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 2.12 acres from Ag-Residential to Commercial,
pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
