The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. TAP Grant Update
Denzer reviewed Dept of Transportation Grant information and next steps.
2. Financial Reports
Denzer reviewed financial report.
3. An Ordinance Adopting Amended Zoning District Maps for 17 of 21 St. Croix County,
WI Towns
Denzer reviewed results of 7/17/14 Public Hearing regarding Town of Erin Prairie and
the Town of Stanton maps.
Motion by Hansen, 2nd by Berke to recommend adoption of the ordinance amending
the zoning district maps for 17 of the 21 St. Croix County, Wisconsin towns
incorporating the map changes in the packet distributed at the CDC meeting on
8/21/14 and approved by the towns. Motion carried unanimously.

4. UW Extention Resource Agent Program update
Biltonen gave an update on his activities and the work program he is developing. Witzel,
who has taken another position as Youth Agent with Dodge County, thanked the
committee for its support and shared some parting comments.
5. Land and Water Conservation Program Activities Report
Kulow updated the committee on projects related to conservation funding and answered
questions from the committee.
6. Riverway Mitigation MOU Project Update
Bauman provided an overview of the Wisconsin DNR’s role in the mitigation projects
and then answered questions regarding proposed projects and scope.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Ellen thanked everyone for attending 'Workshop on the Water', and distributed a Summary.
Next meeting: will be budget meeting.
Email contact list of attendees to the 'Workshop on the Water' was requested by Berke.
