Financial Report Discussed, questions addressed, no action taken 2. MacMiller Property Report Denzer: DNR presented appraisal to owner - owner has declined - are not interested in selling at this time. 3. Committee members attendance at St. Croix Bike and Pedestrian Coalition Follow up from October meeting: Denzer consulted Scott Cox, St. Croix County Legal Counsel. If quorum of committee members present this would be an official meeting and would need to be noticed. We will work with Susan Heuiser from Coalition to notice future meetings so any committee members may attend without violation of open meeting law; wil l follow up with minutes. 4. Bike and Pedestrian Survey Report Budrow discussed with committee. No action taken 5. Committee Duties Review (Rules and Bylaws) Discussed. No action taken. 6. Community and Economic Impacts of the St. Croix River Crossing, A St. Croix County Perspective Discussed. No action taken 7. West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission Report by representative Agnes Ring Ring discussed. Handed out brochures- these will be added to minutes.
