Motion To: Authorize the Community Development Department, County
Administrator and Corporation Counsel to negotiate a contract to purchase 53.29
acres in the Town of St. Joseph, Section 1 with property owner C.A. Richards and to
recommend the purchase to the Administration Committee and County Board of
Supervisors.
