1. Financial Reports
Discussed.
2. Update on Little Falls Dam - Dan Baumann WDNR
Baumann presented report and addressed questions from committee, staff, and public.
3. Broadband Communications - Update by Eric Biltonen
Biltonen gave presentation and answered questions from committee, staff, and public.
4. Update on St. Croix County Bike and Pedestrian Plan
Budrow gave project update and answered questions from committee and public.
5. Consideration of Changes to Rules and Bylaws
Denzer advised that per Corporation Counsel, action was taken at the Administration
Committee meeting so any additional changes should be brought up at the March County
Board meeting.
6. Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Revisions
Wittmer presented and answered questions from committee. Committee set public
hearing on three priority changes for the March Community Development Committee
meeting.
7. Tax Deed Property Update from Administration Committee
Berke, Ring, Achterhof, and Denzer reported action from the Administration Committee
meeting and answered questions from the committee.
