Agnes Ring called the Community Development meeting to order at 3:00 pm. Bill
Peavey called the Transportation Committee meeting to order at 3:02pm.
All transportation committee members present: Bill Peavey, Scott Nelson, Dave Ostness,
David Peterson.
Also present: Todd Rehnelt, Roger Larson, Tim Ramberg, Amanda Engesether, Brett
Budrow, Julie Peterson, Ellen Denzer, Jeff Durkee, Dan Fedderly, Jim & Marion Weber,
Ben & Susan Heuiser

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. St. Croix County Bike & Pedestrian Plan Updates
Budrow, St. Croix County Land Information Administrator - Thanked both committees
for getting together. Adam Wood of Toole Design Group gave presentation. Several
people asked questions which were addressed by staff and Toole Design Group
consultant. Several handouts on public participation, citizen concerns and suggestions
and draft mission, goals, and policies were provided, see attached, for committee
members to review for further discussion at the next joint meeting.
