The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County
Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: DCCI Investments LLC
LOCATION: Part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼, part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼, part of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼, and part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of section 12, T30N, R18W, Town of Richmond.
ADDRESS: East of the plat of Waters Edge and Brushy Mound Lake
REQUEST: To rezone 92.24 acres from the Rural Residential District to the Residence District pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
