The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a
public hearing on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County
Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson,
Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: Ruth Tollefson Trust
LOCATION: Part of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4, and the NE of the NW, Section
28, Town 29N, Range 16W, Town of Baldwin
ADDRESS: 2329 80th Avenue, Baldwin, WI 54002
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 68.14 acres from AG-1 to AG-2, pursuant to
Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
