Grabau presented. Dave Niccum, 780 250th Street, Baldwin, Town of Baldwin Planning
Board, spoke in approval of the rezoning request.
MOTION: To accept staff recommendation to approve rezoning request.

Denzer discussed. Hansen asked for parks status - Denzer explained we beat budget by
9%. Moothedan asked about candle light events at the parks.

Program (TAP) application
Hansen presented.
3. Discussion of Ground and Surface Water Recommendations
Hansen introduced. Denzer continued discussion with committee.
